New kind of fraps lag. WTF

ok, so fraps is making me lag. not FPS lag. but it is resembling an internet connection lag. like characters will run in place..WTF. i need to fix this..any help?

Half Size
100 FPS
Win 7 Sound input

lol NEVER play at 30 fps. what it does is it caps your graphics card to render a max of 30 fps. if u let it go to about 60+ u will have smooth gameplay for your fraps footage. ive never had this type of fraps lag before. FPS lag doesnt effect me at all. its just this lag..i got footage of me lag killing xD they thought i opked LOL

try using playclaw instead. see if that helps, otherwise reinstall fraps?
