I get: 40-70 FPS in-game

30-40 FPS recording

700 FPS in the lobby

OH and FYI:

24 FPS is the FPS of movies.

set your recording settings to 24 FPS, half-screen and that should work best.

without fraps: around 40-50 if im lucky 60

recording: around 20-30 why i cant really make vids...

Well lobby I get up to 200-300 or so.
Not recording in game I get 70ish
Recording I get 60 if I'm recording Half Size and without sounds. With sounds I do much worse

i download fraps but i've got a big problem
when i start combat arms with fraps open, i saw green number at left that i think is normal
but i'm not able to start the game.
the game close and write i message that he is not able to connect to the server try again in a few minute.i try like four time and them i close fraps. and now he is able to make the connection

jus dont fraps.. it make u lag more and make yo gameplay worse.

and waste of memory comp
