you're never gonna use 1 GB of GFX ram in CA.

that extra 1.3 GB is system ram, which is many times slower than GFX card ram.

it's mainly based on the GPU.

the nvidia scores a 10330 on 3dmark 06, and ATI's card gets 12634

u guys are using computer jargon that i dont understand.

for one, i dont know what GDDR5 is. i dont see how it adds to 2.3 like that. is it something like the processor, where if the computer needed, it could boost up?

and i dont know what GPU is either. and then u basically said that the ati is better. but is the toshiba's "3dmark" (whatever that is) still good? or is the ati's substantially higher and high enough to consider getting that computer instead of the other?

1 GB OF RAM COMES WITH THE GRAPHICS CARD, AND IS ONLY FOR THE GRAPHICS CARD.
IF NEEDED, THE GRAPHICS CARD CAN "BORROW" UP TO 1.3 GB OF NORMAL RAM.

3DMARK IS BASICALLY A NUMBER THAT TELLS HOW FAST THE CARD IS
