how the hell do you insert a pic into a post, can't figure it out Crying or Very sad

Hey Blood!!

To insert pics do this..

in your topic/reply..

Click the icon "Host and Image"
Browse to where your pictures are
Select a picture, then click "host it" button
The next popup screen copy and paste the link into your reply/topic (select the "Image" one, easier to see)..
Then you can click the "preview" button to see how your pic look before you post it..
