Question on Recruits

So I have a question:
If I wanted to recruit someone or someone wants to join my clan what should I do/tell them?
I know the admins have to give tryouts so do I tell them to add one of the admins or what?

Yea not really sure what the procedure is.

tell an admin that someone wants to join. its up to the admin from there. what i usually say is make a room with the guy that wants to join in it and ill just do a 1v1. i dont really like friending them until after because if they suck i got a nub on my hands that will probably ask again to join the clan. also note, if the person asks u if he can join.. and he sucks... reject him. just dont let anyone join the clan
