There are two scrolling lists, one horizontal and one vertical. When I go to the index, the upper most page you can go to on this site, seems that one scrolls at a time.

So when my mouse is on 1, the other scrolls and that one stops. And vice verce. Hopefully you can sort it out Daddy

That's normal..it should stop when you put the cursor on either of the scrolling lists..

The one that's scrolling across the top of the website is called the "Announcement" scroll or messenger..

The one that is on the upper left corner of the wesite is called "current post" messenger..

It will stop the messenger from scrolling if you move your mouse on either one of the messengers..

It also will start scrolling again once you move your cursor off the messenger..
