5) base (anyone) vs base + 1% speed (anyone) *we will do this by equipping the 2nd anniversary hat, it gives a 1% speed boost. Also, i prefer the base chars to be the same sex*

6) light + military + anti flash (gil) vs light + military (spark)
7) light + anti flash (gil) vs light + military + anti flash (spark)

Additional (Gotta do a little extra credit if we wish to win)
male base (anyone with male base) vs female base (i think im the only one)

gah i hate it when its like: ok we need to organize this. but all u organized was our unsure-ness. so then we'll clarify and then it'll be a mess again. fuck.

ive got that fat bastard hauser for another 40 some odd days. i have access to all the gp gear. im currently wearing a light vest, anti flash goggles, and a military bandana = 18 speed. i also have an optical sight helmet for a little while which gives me +5 speed but takes off my goggles as well as 10% stamina.
I also have one of those ballistic helmets. +5 speed and +20% stamina.

with full gp speed gear = 18
highest w/optical sight = 15, 10% stamina
highest w/ ballistic helmet = 15, 20% stamina

in case anyone has forgotten, theres this thing: Force Recon Helmet. i know i forgot about its mere +2 speed. but it could be used in conjunction with someone wearing a beanie with +3 speed. that could tackle the -1% speed.

also im u could just open the video file in windows movie maker. i can import nexon's recorded vids into there just fine. im saying this cuz i cant stand fraps. its so freaking useless. drops fps like crazy and takes up a huge amount of memory and therefore takes a long time to compress. -.- id rather use nexon's.

But for teh Force Recon, we'd need something with 10% + stamina to even it out. I might be able to get a patriot mask this weekend but idk.

We could do a Heavy vest vs Tanker vest, if anyone had it. That's 1% different.

Hauser could go against Heavy vest?

I'm thinking we should do some inter-spec races. Like Raven vs Viper vs Hawk, etc.

10% sprint stamina vs 20% sprint stamina?

Gil and i can do the same gp gear cept one item one. Gil can have a light vest, military bandana, and anti flashes, while i go with the same cept the goggles. Then i go with all three and gil goes without the bandana. That's one requirement taken care of.

Also, Gil and i can conduct the merc vs base races.

I have no idea how this event works but doesn`t it say 1 team of 5 with 1 captainÉ does that mean spark or gil can`t participate

i havent see u guys on at the same time at all... im gonna be pretty busy today from like 11-2 est and then 4-7. and shit daylight savings time kicked in, so now i feel like i have less time... get back to meh. id rather we do this later tonight when i dont have something staring me in the face.
