Guys the survey isn't working all I get is error code 0 and every ticket I submit is autoclosed help?

it just your account. my account work fine. my cousin
s account has the same thing, it has to be the account, not the computer.

That means that your account is banned from using the surveys, or even buying nx online. I always get it...nothing we can do about it.
