Re: <Missing resource DLL>
it happened to me at night, i tried to have my avast anti-virus ignore the file that it says is a malware, but that didnt work
i tried reinstalling, restarting computer, etc., but still didn't work
i rage quit for the night to go to sleep, and by the time i got home after school and i tried to launch it was fixed, so nexon prolly fixed it, or my avast ignore the file was hours delayed

Re: <Missing resource DLL>
Hey Gil..
Download these two programs..
Malwarebytes:
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
SuperAntiSpyare:
http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html?tag=mncol
CCLeaner:
http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/?tag=mncol
Download the programs, then install them, run CCleaner first as it will remove all your temp/Internet Cache/cookies and crap files, because it removes your cookies you might have to log back into some sites again if you had it set to remember your username and passwords..then update and run a scan with each other program. These are three programs that I used to clean out peoples systems when they get infected. Also what Anti Virus program are you currently running? Something might be infecting your CA files for some reason...

Ahhh yeah it's annoying when an antivirus deletes something when you're installing something. Tons of crap happens then. I always make sure my antivirus asks before deleting...so much better..
