it's on www.thecaconline.net

make an account, then click verify me.

it will give you a verification number, then you have to add one of the CBL verifiers in-game and tell them your code. then, they will verify you.

after that, you can make a sig just like itzjohn's.

OR

you can go here: combatarmshq.com

and make a different sig, with less information however.
