So... Im going to go off a limb here... and say... I think its based off grammar corrections and they saw your plethora of corrections and we won.

Anyways, yes like Bomb said they look at the numbers of posts, topics and member count. For the past 3 months we had the best, three months ago we were rated 2nd place..but like the way we play two towers..were on top!
