Possible new guy...

The guy's name is ExpireMilk, forum name MilkyWay or something..., MSG, KD 1.1.
He's not spectacular or anything, but I think he's decent. I think he's talked to gil (right? o.o). He claims that gil ok-ed. Sooo... I invited him for the app. today. Coincidently, 7 (I think), took the ceoma guy into our clan hours after I invited him... So now we're 70/70 & my guy's kinda screwed...
Now can something do something about this or did he already get declined? o.O
... Personally I think my guy's better than Mr. NX... but I'm not an admin, so nobody cares what I says.
