yes hes allowed if u want to buy him. its basically just a light vest with a male base so... exactly what wogl is looking for.

Yeah im probably going to end up buying him next time they do perm merc sales...just in case i wanna ever do wogl. Which btw once that happens id be happy to play with you guys for wogl, im pretty sure you dont necessarily need be in the same clan to be a wogl team.
