i agree that the admins that accept new members should announce they did in case someone else who has played them knows that they have seen them hacking or something and they can also check them out. I think the model u gave was great for what they would have to say/do. give them a tryout and checked out their status. some admins might not be doing that.. which, i think, should result in a demotion if it continues.

OK! I tottaly agree with what you said Gil..Any Admins that should from now on announce a new member that they just tried out (1vs1) AND also it is the admins responsibility to check the players CBL stat..maybe I can find a way to link it to our website so you can do CBL checks straight from here. they should as a curtuosy to the leader/admins and rest of the clan, tell us. The Admin in charge can post back to the website in maybe an area specifically for us to see who the admin recruited what player? and do the demotion to an admin who fails to comply?

OK ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING HERE FOR THE ADMINS!!!

We need to setup a way for all us admins to be able to communicate better with each other. I prefer Xfire, but I'll load anything else so long as we can all communicate quickly when we need to, IM is to me the way to go..we can see when ur own and if something arise we can get a hold of you or maybe even another admin if we need two of them?

Here's what I was thinkink...

Xfire users -

Skype users-

Vent users-

IMessenger -

which one do most of the admins are using and who is using what program?

What admin does not have any type of IM program? and y can't u install it and use it?

I can load other programs like skype and vent and IMessenger and maybe i can act as a central hub?

It would be so much easier to have them all on one tho,,

Nice idea about communication daddy , But yea I guess from now on ( again going back to req topic lol) We need to ask player weather if he has Xfire , or Skype or something else.. Thats the only way to communicate with new members...

i have xfire. i used to have vent and windows live messenger but since i started having lag i deleted vent since we never used it, and i lost windows live because my hard drive failed and had I had to get a blank, new one. so, i havent gotten back to downloading it, mainly because i didnt use it often.

Im happy with everyone who has xfire now..

BUT..could someone please help me with this one? I know there's a few more admins that we still cant talk to?? I'm going to get skype and then I can get Rawr..but I think there's 007, palaos and a few more that I have no idea if they use IM? If you guys go on and see them (the rest of the admins that we dont have in xfire) please ask them if they are willing to get a IM program? I would but I haven't been getting on that often latelly and i cant do long sessions so I know I'm missing them...

So what do you all think? should atleast all the Admins be recommended to get an IM program? To me it makes sense??

Well, yeah if they're admin they have a responsibility for the clan. Although at this very moment they might be busy (with finals and what not if they haven't taken it yet or if school's not over) but once school is over there should be no excuses!
