If you don't remember the DoB and the last name you used to sign up for a Nexon account, then you're screwed, because the next password reset will require those things.

wow eff my butthole... im screwed too... there was a notice i got a while ago that said to change my pwd again. i told it to alert me again in a month. i hope thats before this or else

trial and error? for me i know that i didnt select my bday to over 18 because i cant see the blood effect.. so im staying with my birth year and choosing every date. hope it works??

I just put my real identity when I signed up. Also I wrote it down on a note pad and kept it right on my desktop tabel Smart...

To find your last name-

1. go to www.nexon.com and log in

2.click support/customer support

3.click request support

4.click submit a ticket

5.fill out the ticket with whatever you want and click finish

6.go to "my tickets"

7.click on the ticket number that you just opened

8.click close ticket and fill out a random reason

9.go back to my tickets and click on the same ticket number

10.in the history, it'll say closed by [firstname lastname]

11.yay!

12. now you have to guess the ~39,600 possible birthdates.

I came up with a way to remember your birthday.
I was laying in bed this morning and I was thinking, oh shet, how do I find my DoB?

And then I remembered.

If you go and do a free nx survey with the peanutlabs survey tab, sometimes at the top banner peanutlabs will say "try to enter correct information ESPECIALLY IN TEXT BOXES"

Then below, it will say:
Your age: [insert age here]

That effectively slims your chances down from 36000 to 365 possible dates!

no ive done those and they say age: 21. correct me if im wrong. but yeah i didnt put in my bday as 21y.o. those are only ur requirements for completing the survey.

Mine says age 30
