It's actually pretty cool. I think the guy edited the actual video and replaced those guys with the animated girls. I'm not sure really.

i think it's just funny how different the moves and facial expressions are perceived with the different gender and... age?
the guys on the right arent that interesting... but the amount of facial expression and hand movements mimicked correctly was well placed and turned out hilarious.
