yeah same. it's stupid to think that nexon would have let that little tidbit pass them; the one where clans and friends get split up in the servers. no doubt they have our best interests in mind and will try to make it easy for us to still be able to play together.

my only concern is though... if the game servers are already practically barren, how populated will these new servers be? thats just gonna suck. and then if there's a sudden surplus of people in one server, how would that perform? will it require a different, smaller load or be able to handle the same amount of players.

i highly doubt that they would implement anything that would prevent you from playing with the people you want to play with... the negative feedback would be waaaaay too substantial to handle as well.

i expect it to go better than expected tbh

i hope this really reduces the lag, one thing people going to qq about is the bugs they gonna to have with this new server.

I'm on the west coast I still better have some connection with my clan It would be stupid to separate the west coast ppl from the east coast ppl. If it was like that, I would only see daddy on lol <3. IDK, I hope for the best.

this is what they should have started after they first launched the game..it would have even out the channels better, as it is now there might be possiblilties of alot of channels going dormant...

You can always switch between west and east. ( i think )

Think of it as a Main server > regular server > channel > room

Well if it's anything like Vindictus, you choose the server that you want your character to be on, and you are stuck with that. You can't transfer your stats to the other server, can't talk with people on the other server, basically two separate games.

But that probably won't happen.

no, CA will be able to actively switch between servers. probably a central database of players at noxen HQ, and a few servers on the other coast hosting games, pulling user data from the west coast.

probably there will be another layer of server selection, e.g.:

East/West server > Alpha/Bravo/etc > channel > game
